I'm fascinated by this shared human experience, and my work is simple: help you build a relationship with your body that feels good. To move with less pain. To feel strong and capable. To be at home in the place you live every single day.

What began as a personal practice and interest in anatomy has evolved into something more. I offer yoga and movement coaching for people who want to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Whether you're working through pain, preparing your body for pregnancy, or just tired of generic flows, we'll create a practice that serves you. I also offer tarot readings for when you need insight on the path ahead.
